Operating at a maximum speed of up to 1 m/s, the MAPO FGZ CT high-speed folding gate achieves high opening and closing speeds for the barriers while also effectively preventing pedestrian access. An innovative interception mechanism combined with a motorized locking device effectively stops vehicles from attempting to drive through. These features make the gate particularly suitable for high-security locations, such as embassies, prisons, data centers, or other critical infrastructure.

If necessary, the gate can be modified to meet burglary protection class standard EN 1627 RC3 or higher. In terms of crash protection, the gate meets standards WA 14-1: N2B-48 km/h and ASTM F2656: C730-48 km/h.

Sensitive areas often require special protective measures. These can include burglary protection or even bullet resistance. On request, the system can be equipped with appropriate features that effectively prevent break-in attempts and protect against armed attacks.

According to standard DIN EN 1627, burglary resistance classes are identified by the abbreviation ”RC” (Resistance Class). The selection of classes for a specific target must be based on the individual threat and risk situation. You can get doors in burglary resistance classes RC2-RC6, as well as in different bullet-resistance and protection classes (FP1-FP7/FSG).

The Z-HSTS 8000 impact-resistant barrier, featuring a high level of security, is particularly well-suited for protecting people and property in sensitive areas. The tested and certified crash-protected barrier reliably prevents unauthorized access by roadworthy vehicles. The barrier has a maximum length of up to 8 m and a height of 2.5 m (custom heights available upon request). The gate has been tested using the M30 crash barrier test. The gate complies with the following standards for impact protection: IWA14-1:2013: V/7200[N2B]/48/90:0.4 and ASTM F2656/F2656M-18a: C730/P1 (0.3 m). 

ZABAG’s certified high-security bollards reliably and effectively prevent unauthorized access by road-legal vehicles. The electro-hydraulic bollard lowers (opens) after successful authentication and allows vehicles to pass freely on all entry and exit routes.

This high-security bollard has successfully passed a crash test at an authorized Crash Test Service Center in Münster. Certified according to standard: IWA 14-1:2013 Bollard V/12000[N3D]/80/90/4.8.
