Operating at speeds of up to 1 m/s, the MAPO FGZ CT quick-folding gate achieves the rapid opening and closing speeds of barrier arms while effectively preventing pedestrian access. An innovative catching mechanism combined with a motorized locking system effectively stops vehicle ramming attempts.

These features make the gate ideally suited for high-security facilities such as embassies, prisons, data centers, and other critical infrastructure. If required, the gate can be customized to resistance class RC3 or higher in accordance with the EN 1627 burglar resistance standard. For impact protection, the gate meets IWA 14-1: N2B-48 km/h and ASTM F2656: C730-48 km/h standards.

Sensitive areas often require specialized protective measures, which may include burglar resistance or bullet resistance. Upon request, the system can be equipped with features that effectively prevent break-in attempts and protect against armed attacks.

According to the DIN EN 1627 standard, burglar resistance classes are identified by the acronym “RC” (Resistance Class). Site-specific class selection must be based on an individual risk and threat assessment. Our gates are available in resistance classes RC2–RC6, as well as various bullet-resistance levels (FP1–FP7/FSG).

The high-security Z-HSTS 8000 crash-rated boom barrier is particularly suited for protecting personnel and assets in sensitive environments. Tested and certified, this impact barrier reliably prevents unauthorized access by road-legal vehicles. The barrier supports lengths up to 8 m and heights up to 2.5 m (custom heights available upon request). The barrier has been crash-tested to the M30 rating and meets impact protection standards IWA 14-1:2013: V/7200[N2B]/48/90:0.4 and ASTM F2656/F2656M-18a: C730/P1 (0.3 m). 

ZABAG’s certified high-security bollards reliably and effectively prevent unauthorized vehicle entry. The electro-hydraulically operated bollard lowers upon successful authentication, allowing free vehicle passage across all entry and exit routes

This high-security bollard has successfully passed crash testing at an accredited Crash Test Service Center in Münster. Certified according to IWA 14-1:2013 Bollard V/12000[N3D]/80/90/4.8.
