Anfra-Fences provides professional installation and maintenance of fences and gates. We also offer a maintenance contract to ensure long life.
Installation
We can build fences and gates according to your wishes and needs in one contract. Our skilled installers can handle even the most challenging jobs. A properly designed and installed fence blends in well with its surroundings. We want to offer our customers a complete package, so if necessary, we will take care of the entire project, from the groundwork to the installation.

maintenance
A durable and functional fence and gate system needs maintenance to withstand the Finnish weather conditions. Regular inspection and maintenance will extend the life of your fence and gate. A fence and gate maintained with the right methods and spare parts will stay neat and tidy for years to come. We carry out individual and regular inspection, repair and modification work as required.
service contract
A maintenance contract for gates and fencing ensures business runs smoothly all year round.
The Anfra-Fence maintenance contract covers the annual inspection and maintenance of the entire fence and gate system, as well as other inspections in accordance with the general maintenance contract conditions. During the annual maintenance, we will identify any repair, spare parts, extension and safety equipment upgrade needs.
The maintenance contract is always defined on a site-by-site basis. The maintenance needs are defined in the maintenance contract on the basis of the estimated use, but at least once a year.
Especially after the winter season, the maintenance needs of the gates should be identified.
With a maintenance contract, we take care of the area protection and it does not require any action from you. For new buildings with a maintenance contract, we offer a 5-year warranty instead of the normal 3 years.
Contents of the service contract:
- Visual inspection for possible external damage
- Operation, greasing and adjustment of the sliding roller table and guide rollers, if necessary
- Trajectory checking and adjustment (smoothness of movement, stop check, sensitivity, accessibility of the movement area)
- Inspection of the machinery
- Checking the fastening, position and clearances of the machinery
- Inspection of the control centre
- Checking and, if necessary, adjusting the closing delay
- Testing the operation of manual switches
- Testing the operation of the emergency stop button
- Testing the operation of the safety switch
- Testing the operation of the control (no clock control)
- Checking the operation of the safety and opening loops, measuring the loops, adjusting the sensitivity if necessary
- Checking the operation of safety or warning devices
- Replacing the batteries in the safety edge transmitter
- Photocell operation
- Any minor repairs that may be necessary and can be carried out during the same service visit
